PROJECT 1 : ENVIRONMENTAL
In this project, students were divided into groups of 5 with a selection of a building which is equipped with green technologies and design considerations where students are to perform a site visit along with on site measurements in preparing a research article on the aspect or topic chosen.

PROJECT 2 : TECHNOLOGY
In this project, students were divided into groups of 6 where students are required to choose a residential building not more than 30m for case study analysis. Upon the study, students are to analyse the current building envelope, site planning as well as the construction methods in order to propose a better option in terms of design or green technologies to enhance the performance of the building.

INTEGRATION PROJECT :
The final project is an integration project with CCDS - Design Studio whereby student are to illustrate the environmental and technology considerations of the designed tropical high-rise residential.
