English is a global lingua franca as well as an official language for 60 sovereign states for example,  United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and New Zealand. In Malaysia, English is also widely spoken and it allows communication between people of different races. It unites people from different backgrounds as people are able to communicate with each other with ideas and opinions proposed by speaking the same language.

 

       In addition, English allows global communication which will enable us to travel around the world without having the problem to communicate with people from other countries as English is also widely spoken in other countries as well. Speaking fluent English and writing well constructed sentences will ensure people with bright future as most of the jobs require the knowledge of English language. Therefore, English is an extremely important language to learn and master for a better future.

 

       Ms. Cassandra is teaching us for English II. Through this module, students will be able to communicate according to the situation and purpose using the English language. Besides, students will also be able to master different language skills like listening, speaking, reading and writing through all the projects given. Therefore, this module is to be treated seriously by students as it will help them in the future so that they can excell from the others.
